Why teams reach for it

Manual tracking doesn't scale past a dozen ICPs.

Across every use case, the LinkedIn activity your reps were too busy to see, surfaced the moment it happens.

Zero

Missed engagement opportunities

3x

Hourly scans, every ICP

100%

Engagement logged and timestamped

100s

ICPs tracked simultaneously

Where teams put it to work

Six scenarios. One always-on signal layer.

01.
SDR & AE

Pipeline warming

Used by SDR orgs, account executives and BD teams.

Reps need to track dozens of ICPs but can't manually scroll LinkedIn for each one. The system watches every prospect's activity and tells reps when to reach out.

Scans LinkedIn for ICP activity three times an hour

Surfaces engagement moments worth acting on, in real time

Auto-tags contacts Hot/Warm/Cold by live engagement score

Logs every signal so context never leaves with a rep

02.
ABM

Named account stakeholder tracking

Used by enterprise sales teams, RevOps and ABM programs.

ABM programs need eyes on every decision-maker at every target account. The system tracks all stakeholders simultaneously & surfaces engagement across the whole buying committee.

Monitors multiple stakeholders per named account

Flags engagement signals across the buying committee

Auto-prioritises accounts where multiple stakeholders are active

Builds a continuous engagement record per account

03.
Recruiting

Candidate engagement signals

Used by recruiters, talent firms and in-house TA teams.

Recruiters know that timing matters: a candidate posting about career frustration is a warm moment. The system catches those signals across hundreds of candidates without anyone watching.

Scores client sentiment on every inbound email

Surfaces signals that suggest openness to a conversation

Auto-tags candidates Hot/Warm/Cold by engagement

Replaces "I'll check back in a few months" follow-up

04.
Partnerships

Partner and integrator monitoring

Used by partnerships teams, BD managers & ecosystem leads.

Partner relationships need ongoing engagement, not one-off outreach. The system tracks every partner contact's LinkedIn activity and surfaces moments worth responding to.

Watches activity across partner contacts and decision-makers

Flags content engagement and announcements worth a comment

Builds a continuous engagement record per partner

Prevents partner relationships from going cold

05.
Founders

Signal-based founder selling

Used by founders, lean startups and small sales teams.

Founders selling can't manually track 100 prospects. The system runs in the background and tells them when an ICP is actively engaging, ready for a warm conversation.

Tracks 100s of prospects without manual monitoring

Surfaces the highest-value engagement moments

Lets a single founder act on signals reserved for SDR teams

Logs every signal so handoff to a future SDR is seamless

06.
RevOps

Cold list reactivation

Used by mature sales teams and revenue operations.

Old prospect lists go cold but the people don't disappear. The system watches dormant contacts and flags the moment they start engaging again on LinkedIn.

Watches cold contacts for renewed LinkedIn activity

Surfaces dormant prospects the moment they re-engage

Auto-tags reactivated contacts as Warm or Hot

Prevents cold leads from staying cold by default

These are the most common use cases. The system works anywhere a team is trying to track more LinkedIn ICPs than humans can reasonably monitor.
Across every use case

Four things manual tracking can't do.

Whatever the motion, this shows up differently from a rep scrolling LinkedIn one tab at a time.

Tracks 100s, not handfuls

Automated monitoring scales well past anything a human can do by hand.

Three scans an hour

Connection status, post engagement and ICP activity, every twenty minutes.

Engage at the warm moment

A real-time feed flags the highest-value moments as they happen.

An engagement log that outlives the rep

Every signal stored, even after team changes. Context doesn't walk out.

Is your use case a fit?

Best for teams tracking more ICPs than humans can.

Some motions are built for it from day one. Others aren't, yet. Here's a quick read.

A strong fit if your usecase…

Tracks 50+ LinkedIn contacts as part of outbound.
Misses warm moments because no one's watching.
Has engagement context living in someone's head.
Wants pipeline signals, not just contact records.
Can connect Google Sheets to a workflow tool.

Probably not yet if your usecase..

Doesn't involve LinkedIn outreach at all.
Tracks under 20 contacts (manual works fine).
Has no defined ICP yet.
Can't connect Google Sheets or Unipile.
Has no outbound motion to feed signals into.
Frequently Answered Questions

Use case questions, answered.

My use case isn't in your list. Will it still work?

The six scenarios on this page are the most common, but the same pattern (track many ICPs, scan their activity, flag warm moments, log everything) applies anywhere a team needs LinkedIn signals at scale. Tell us about your motion and we'll show whether it fits.

How does it know which ICPs to track?

During setup we map your contact list (from a CRM export, Sales Navigator list or a spreadsheet) into the tracker. From then on, every scan covers that list and any additions you make.

What does Hot/Warm/Cold actually mean?

Each contact is auto-tagged based on a live engagement score: posts, comments, connection acceptances and other activity in a given window. The thresholds are tunable, so you decide what "Hot" looks like for your motion.

Does this work outside of LinkedIn?

It's built around LinkedIn signals today via the Unipile API. The same Sheets + Apps Script pattern can be extended to other signal sources as a separate piece of work.

What does the $49 to $199 price range cover?

The automation layer that runs the scans, scoring and dashboard. Pricing scales with the number of ICPs tracked and frequency. Unipile costs sit alongside that.

How long does setup take?

Typically a couple of working days once your ICP list and engagement rules are defined. After that the tracker runs continuously and is tuned from real signals.
