Why teams reach for it

The inbox already tells you what works.

Across every use case, the data hiding in competitor emails put to use in yours.

Where teams put it to work

Six scenarios. One always-on campaign engine.

01.
Peak season

Holiday and BFCM campaigns

Used by DTC brands, online stores and Shopify merchants.

During Black Friday, holidays and other peak moments, every brand is sending and inboxes are saturated. The system shows you what's actually landing in your category and drafts options that cut through.

Monitors competitors' peak-season cadence and subject lines

Generates campaign variants informed by what's already working

Connects Shopify products to the campaigns automatically

Pushes approved variants straight to Klaviyo

02.
Launches

Product launches and new drops

Used by lifestyle, beauty, fashion and consumer brands.

Launches need announcement, hype and post-launch nurture emails, usually built from scratch every time. The system drafts variants based on how competitors have launched similar products and what your own history shows works.

Pulls competitor launch sequences for similar product categories

Drafts announce, hype and post-launch flows in your voice

Wires Shopify product data straight into campaign drafts

Saves a full audit trail of the AI reasoning behind each draft

03.
PROMOS

Sale and flash promo events

Used by promo-heavy DTC, flash-sale brands and discount-driven categories.

Recurring sales need fresh angles to avoid promo fatigue. The system pulls competitor timing, subject lines and offer framing into your campaign drafts so the next promo doesn't read like the last one.

Tracks how competitors frame and time their promos

Suggests new angles when the standard ones are wearing out

Generates two variants per promo for quick A/B comparison

Pushes the winner straight to Klaviyo on approval

04.
Lifecycle

Always-on flows and lifecycle email

Used by DTC and subscription brands running mature lifecycle programs.

Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows benefit from constant refresh. The system surfaces what's converting in competitors' flows and feeds it into your own updates.

Watches how competitors structure welcome and win-back flows

Suggests refreshed copy and offers for tired automations

Generates variants ready to slot into existing Klaviyo flows

Logs the reasoning behind every suggested change

05.
Lean teams

Solo and lean marketing teams

Used by founders, lean DTC teams and one-person marketing departments.

No one has time to monitor 10 competitors weekly when they're also writing the campaigns. The system does the monitoring and feeds it directly into drafts, so one marketer can act on intelligence usually reserved for big teams.

Automates the weekly competitor monitoring no one has time for

Drafts campaigns in hours, not days, from the analysis

Lets a non-technical marketer iterate in natural language

Keeps the cost under a dollar a month at the automation layer

06.
Agencies

Multi-brand and agency portfolios

Used by DTC agencies, holdcos and portfolio brands.

Running multiple Klaviyo accounts means multiplying the work. The system applies the same monitor-analyse-draft pipeline across every brand from one dashboard, so account leads spend time on strategy, not setup.

Tracks distinct competitor sets per brand, in one place

Generates brand-specific variants in each brand's own voice

Pushes approvals into each brand's Klaviyo separately

Keeps an audit trail per brand for client reporting

These are the most common use cases. The system works anywhere a Klaviyo account would benefit from competitor-informed campaign drafts.
Across every use case

Four things copy-paste can't do.

Whatever your campaign motion, this shows up differently from starting every email from scratch.

Built on real signal

Weekly monitoring of competitor inboxes, not guesswork or gut.

Drafted in minutes

Two AI-generated variants per event, ready for the manager to review.

One click to live

Accept a variant and it pushes straight to Klaviyo. No copy-paste.

Iterate in plain English

Tweak with a prompt. Never start a campaign from scratch again.

Is your use case a fit?

Best for eCommerce brands on Klaviyo.

If you send campaigns and your competitors do too, this is built for you.

A strong fit if your usecase…

Runs an eCommerce brand on Shopify and Klaviyo.
Starts most campaigns from a blank page.
Would benefit from seeing what works in your category right now.
Has a recognisable list of competitors worth monitoring.
Wants to spend less time drafting and more time optimising.

Probably not yet if your usecase..

Doesn't send email campaigns at any meaningful cadence.
Isn't on Klaviyo and isn't planning to be.
Has a campaign motion that's fully bespoke and one-off.
Has no competitors whose emails would inform yours.
Doesn't run on Shopify or any product catalogue.
Frequently Answered Questions

Everything you need to know.

My use case isn't in your list. Will it still work?

The six scenarios on this page are the most common, but the same monitor-analyse-draft pattern applies anywhere a Klaviyo account would benefit from competitor-informed drafts. Tell us how your team creates campaigns today and we'll show whether it fits.

How does the competitor monitoring actually work?

During setup, you tell us which brands to monitor. We wire a Gmail inbox to receive their campaigns, and an n8n workflow feeds every email into GPT-4o Vision for analysis on themes, offers, CTAs, timing, products and subject lines.

How are the campaign variants generated?

When an event triggers a draft (peak season, a launch, a promo), the AI combines what it's learned from competitor intel, your Shopify product data and your own historical performance to produce two variants per event for a manager to review.

What if I don't like the AI's drafts?

The manager dashboard lets you Accept, Regenerate or Suggest in natural language. You don't need technical skills, and you never have to rebuild a campaign from scratch.

What does the under-$1/month actually cover?

The automation layer that connects Gmail monitoring, GPT-4o Vision analysis, the campaign generation and the Klaviyo push. AI usage costs sit alongside that and scale with how many campaigns you generate.

How long does setup take?

Setup involves defining the competitor list, wiring Gmail and Klaviyo, and tuning the analysis to your category and brand voice. Most teams are running fully within a couple of working days.
