How does it know what virtual furniture to add?

What about furniture removal from tenanted properties?

The AI furniture-removal step produces a clean empty-room view from a tenanted photo, which can then be left as is or virtually re-staged with the agency's preferred style. Tenants don't need to move or rearrange anything.
