Building relationships with Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) on LinkedIn is a core part of Mavlers’ outbound sales motion. Teams had no scalable way to track connection status, spot when a prospect engaged with their content, or catch when an ICP published a new post, meaning warm outreach windows were routinely missed.

This automation closes that gap by running hourly scans via the LinkedIn data aggregator API: a connection status check, an engagement scan, and an ICP activity scan, all surfaced in a single Google Sheets dashboard.

Teams had no consistent way to track which ICPs had accepted connection requests, who was engaging with content, and when prospects were posting new updates.
